Our clean four season private house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths  (sleeps 4-8, 9 on an air mattress in a pinch) and is available for rent on a weekend, weekly or monthly basis for skiing Belleayre Mountain (1.5 miles away!), Plattekill, Windham or Hunter Mountains in the winter (with a fireplace to warm you up at night after a long day on the mountain), a quiet spring retreat to enjoy our HUGE front deck for barbeques and stargazing, as a cool, comfortable summer house less than 3 miles from a beautiful mountain lake with a white sand beach, lifeguards, and boat rentals (Belleayre Beach @ Pine Hill Lake), not to mention the public pool down the block, leafpeeping in the fall, great Catskills hiking year round, and river Tubing on the Esopus 15 min, away. 
We're just a short drive from Phoenicia, Woodstock, and Margaretville for shopping, dining and river tubing, and 130 miles from NYC (about 2 1/2 hours from the GW bridge), and we're just 1/4 mile from the NYC bus route, with buses leaving Port Authority several times a day.  Plus, we have wireless internet, and we get cell phone service from our deck, a rare thing in this part of the world.  In the summer, we're 10-15 degrees cooler than the city (1600 ft elev), and the fall foliage here is equal to or better than anywhere in Vermont or New Hampshire.
