Come cool off in the Catskills this summer - we're 3 miles from a beautiful mountain lake with a white sand beach, 2 blocks from a great park with a stream and a rope swing, and we're 10-15 degrees cooler than the sweltering city!

Our newly renovated four season private house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths (sleeps 4-8) and is available for rent on a weekend, weekly or monthly basis for skiing Belleayre Mountain (1 mile away!), Plattekill or Hunter Mountain in the winter (with a fireplace to warm you up at night after a long day on the mountain), a quiet spring retreat to enjoy our HUGE front deck for barbeques and stargazing, as a cool, comfortable summer house less than 5 miles from a beautiful mountain lake with a white sand beach, lifeguards, and boat rentals (Belleayre Beach), not to mention the public pool, basketball court, soccer and baseball field and tennis courts 2 blocks away, leafpeeping in the fall, great Catskills hiking year round, and river Tubing on the Esopus 15 min, away.

We're just a short drive from Phoenicia, Woodstock, and Margaretville for shopping, dining and river tubing, and 130 miles from NYC (about 2 1/2 hours from the GW bridge), and we're just 1/4 mile from the NYC bus route, with buses leaving Port Authority several times a day. Plus, we have wireless internet, and we get cell phone service from our deck, a rare thing in this part of the world. In the summer, we're 10-15 degrees cooler than the city (1600 ft elev).
